If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify phdram immediately through the in-platform live chat support.
You must ensure that all information provided to phdram during registration and throughout the Account's lifetime is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or identity documents during KYC — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities.
phdram is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawals. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, Passport, UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID), Voter's ID, and PRC ID. A selfie photograph may also be required. KYC documents must be submitted through the designated upload facility in your Account dashboard. phdram aims to process KYC verifications within twenty-four (24) hours on business days.

The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's own terms. phdram reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate related winnings if it determines that a User has exploited or attempted to exploit promotions in bad faith. Bonus Funds and associated free spins expire within the period stated in the promotion's specific terms, which is typically fourteen (14) days from the date of credit unless otherwise specified. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the User's Account without compensation.

Any funds credited to a User's Account as a result of an obvious error do not constitute a valid win and must be returned to phdram upon demand.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on phdram Casino and are displayed within each game's interface. phdram reserves the right to impose individual account-level bet limits at any time, particularly in connection with responsible gaming measures or bonus terms.

phdram reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the User has: (a) breached any provision of these Terms; (b) provided false or misleading information; (c) engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct; (d) failed to complete KYC within the required period; or (e) been flagged by PAGCOR or Philippine authorities in connection with any compliance matter.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the Wallet will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. Where phdram determines that fraud or a material Terms breach has occurred, funds may be forfeited. Where phdram concludes that no breach occurred, the User's remaining Real Money balance (excluding any Bonus Funds) will be returned via the User's verified payment method.
Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting phdram's support team. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be disbursed to the User's verified payment method after applicable KYC checks are completed.
All content on the phdram platform — including but not limited to the phdram brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to phdram and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phdram platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No User may reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phdram content without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phdram's aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phdram is not liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use or inability to use the platform; (b) interruptions or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or actions of third parties; (c) the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game developers, or telecommunications networks; (d) any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

phdram reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phdram will provide notice to Users via email (to the registered email address) or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the phdram platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If a User does not accept amended Terms, they must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.3.
The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the process set out in Section 15.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. They supersede all prior versions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
